Forty Niner's Ranch Looking North

[above] In 1947 Forty Niner’s Ranch was a verdant region along the Tanque Verde Creek. Located on Reddington Road near the northern T intersection of Soldier’s Trail, there were a scattered few other ranches this far east of Tucson.

[top right] The 1995 photo shows the ranch evolved into a golf course and subdivision with the surrounding region filling in with suburban estates, with the continued pattern of growth evident in the 2005 photograph. [right]
